Uno Underwear Limited TERMS and CONDITIONS
General
Uno Underwear Limited (“Uno Underwear”) recommends that you the customer reads these terms and conditions carefully before placing your order. By accessing and using the Uno Underwear website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as set out below. You should check the terms and Conditions regularly to take notice of any changes that may have made to the terms and conditions.
Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and Uno Underwear reserves the right to withdraw or amend the products and services available through this Website without notice. Uno Underwear will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, Uno Underwear may restrict access to some parts of or all of the Website.
This Website may also contain links to other websites, which are not operated by Uno Underwear. Uno Underwear has no control over these websites and accepts no responsibility whatsoever for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. Your use of these websites will be subject to the terms and conditions contained within each such site.
Our Contract
Order
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to these terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability, confirmation of the order and shipment.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which Uno Underwear will not be responsible.
In order to contract with Uno Underwear you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Uno Underwear retains the right to refuse any request made by you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. All prices advertised are subject to such change.
Uno Underwear tries to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, however, errors may occur. If an error is discovered in the price of any goods which you have ordered you will be informed of this as soon as possible (if Uno Underwear chooses not to ship at this price) and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If Uno Underwear is unable to contact you the order will be treated as cancelled.
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order, the product number, description, unit price, delivery costs and total price. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until you are sent the confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
Until full payment is received by Uno Underwear the goods remain under the ownership of Uno Underwear.
For the avoidance of doubt, any contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the UK. Uno Underwear shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise from the use of the information contained in any of the materials used in the website. You should check the page regularly to take notice of any changes that may have made to the terms and conditions.
Payment
Upon receiving your order a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card will be carried out to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been acknowledged.
Delivery
Uno Underwear generally only delivers to addresses in the United Kingdom (UK). (The UK comprises England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).

Uno Underwear generally uses Royal Mail to deliver your goods in the UK. If Uno Underwear considers it appropriate to use an alternative delivery company you will be notified in the confirmation email.

Cancellation of Order
If you cancel prior to shipment and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after shipment then refunds will be made under the returns policy below.
Returns
Returns postage will need to be paid for by you and remember to obtain proof of postage from your Post Office.
a) Non-Faulty Goods returns
Due to the nature of the goods supplied, Uno Underwear will only exchange or make a full refund (excluding shipping costs) if the non faulty goods returns meet the following criteria :
- You have provided notice of cancellation by email to “help@unounderwear.co.uk” no later than 7 working days after receipt of goods.
- The goods are returned within 21 days of receipt
- The goods must not have been worn
- The goods have only been viewed without opening the clear plastic sealed wrapping
- The goods are returned in the clear plastic unopened sealed wrapping they were delivered in
- The Uno Underwear returns form is completed and enclosed with goods being returned “click here”
- The goods are received at the Uno Underwear returns address below
- The returns shipping costs have been paid by you
For non-faulty goods returns, Uno Underwear will, on receipt of the returned, send replacement goods as requested by you. At Uno Underwear’s discretion a refund of the cost of goods excluding shipping may be made in lieu of replacement goods to the original paying account. If there is an additional charge to be made for the replacement goods and shipping then Uno Underwear will notify you and obtain your agreement and payment prior to shipping the replacement goods.
b) Faulty Goods Returns
Due to the nature of the goods supplied, Uno Underwear will only exchange or make a full refund (including shipping costs) if faulty goods returns meet the following criteria :
- Faulty goods means goods that have a manufacturers production fault
- You have provided notice of cancellation by email to “help@unounderwear.co.uk “no later than 7 working days after receipt of goods.
- The goods are returned within 21 days of receipt
- The goods must not have been worn
- Prior to returning goods obtain email confirmation from Uno Underwear that the goods can be returned for possible exchange or credit help@unounderwear.co.uk
- The Uno Underwear returns form is completed and enclosed with goods being returned “click here”
- The goods are received at the Uno Underwear returns address below
- The returns shipping costs have been paid by you
- Faulty Goods returned to Uno Underwear will be inspected on receipt
- Following inspection, and subject to Uno Underwear agreeing that the returned goods are faulty, replacement goods will be shipped or a refund issued within 30 days.
For faulty goods returns Uno Underwear will offer you either a full refund including shipping costs to the original paying account or replacement goods as requested by you on receipt and acceptance of the faulty goods returned. If there is an additional charge to be made for the replacement goods and shipping then Uno Underwear will notify you and obtain your agreement and payment prior to shipping the replacement goods.

Custom Charges
When ordering goods for delivery outside the UK, as pre-agreed with Uno Underwear, the goods may be subject to customs charges in the form of import duties, taxes and clearance, which are levied once the goods reach the specified destinations. Any customs charges must be paid for by the recipient of the goods. Uno Underwear has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Custom policies vary from country to country, so Uno Underwear advises that you to check with the local customs office. International parcels or international customers dispatching goods internationally should be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Value Added Tax (VAT)
VAT is included in the prices shown by the on-line store and charged at the applicable rate on all shipments to addresses within the EC Fiscal (VAT) Area including the UK and the Isle of Man.
Shipments outside the UK need to be discussed and agreed with Uno Underwear prior to order confirmation and shipment. Where non-UK shipments are agreed, VAT will be charged at standard rate on shipments within the EC Fiscal (VAT) area and at Zero rate on shipments to addresses outside the EC Fiscal (VAT) Area including the Channel Islands. VAT rates are subject to change and will be applied at the current applicable rates.
Privacy Policy
Our privacy policy, which sets out how Uno Underwear will use your information, can be found under Privacy Policy. By using this Website, you consent to the processing described therein and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
Prohibitions
You must not misuse this Website. You will not: commit or encourage a criminal offence; transmit or distribute a virus, trojan, worm, logic bomb or post any other material which is malicious, technologically harmful, in breach of confidence or in any way offensive or obscene; hack into any aspect of the Website; corrupt data; cause annoyance to other users; infringe upon the rights of any other person's proprietary rights; send any unsolicited advertising or promotional material, commonly referred to as "spam"; or attempt to affect the performance or functionality of any computer facilities of or accessed through this Website. Breaching this provision would constitute a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. Uno Underwear will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and disclose your identity to them.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of this Website or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
Linking to the Uno Underwear Website
You may link to the Uno Underwear home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage the reputation of Uno Underwear or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.
This Website must not be framed on any other site, nor may you create a link to any part of this Website other than the home page. Uno Underwear reserves the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.
Intellectual Property, Software and Content
The intellectual property rights in all software and content made available to you on or through this Website remains the property of Uno Underwear or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved by Uno Underwear and its licensors. You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this Website nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise.
You shall not modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on any software or accompanying documentation supplied by Uno Underwear or its licensors. No license or consent is granted to you to use any Trade Marks in any way, and you agree not to use these marks or any marks which are similar without the written permission of Uno Underwear.
Uno Underwear Forum
•Registration
Uno Underwear reserves the right to close accounts if any user is seen to be using proxy IPs (Internet Protocol addresses) in order to attempt to hide the use of multiple accounts or disrupts any of our services in any way.
If you use multiple logins for the purpose of disrupting the community you may have action taken against all of your accounts.
•Submission of material
By submitting any material to us, you automatically grant Uno Underwear the royalty-free, perpetual, exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, edit, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such material (in whole or part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed. You also acknowledge that Uno Underwear is not obliged to publish any material submitted by you on any Uno Underwear publication.
We advise that you never reveal any personal information about yourself or anyone else (telephone number, home address, business address, delivery address or email address or any other details that would allow you to be personally identified).
In certain circumstances Uno Underwear may also share your contribution with trusted third parties.
•Failure to comply
If you fail to abide by these Community Rules you may be sent an email which informs you why your contribution has been refused or edited. This email will also include a warning that continuing to break the rules may result in action being taken against your account or accounts.
This action may include any content posted by you being checked before allowed to go on the site or a temporary or permanent suspension of your ability to participate in any or all areas of Uno Underwear.
Uno Underwear reserves the right to delete any contribution, or take action against any Uno Underwear account, at any time, for any reason.
If you do not want to grant Uno Underwear the permission set out above on these terms, please do not submit or share your contribution on the Community website
Complaints
We operate a complaints handling procedure which Uno Underwear will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise, please let us know if you have any complaints or comments.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Uno Underwear, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use this Website or your breach of the Terms of Service.
Trade Marks
Any third party trade marks / names featured on this Website are owned by the respective trade mark owners. Where a third party trade mark or brand name is referred to it is used solely to describe or identify the products and services and is not an assertion that such products, services or businesses are endorsed by or associated, linked, affiliated or connected to Uno Underwear.
Waiver
If you breach these conditions and Uno Underwear will take no action, but will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.
Variation
Uno Underwear shall have the right in its absolute discretion at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary the Services and/or any page of this Website.
Severance
If any part of the Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severable from the Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions of the Conditions.
Entire Agreement
The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and Uno Underwear. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of Uno Underwear.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of England and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
