Delivery
All items are posted Royal Mail 1st Class (aim to deliver next day if ordered before 3:30pm GMT)
Flat rate shipping prices
1-2 items = £1.50 per item
3 items or more = £4.50
Recorded delivery can be added for 77p more
£100 or more is Free
Uno Underwear generally only delivers to addresses in the United Kingdom (UK). (The UK comprises England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).

Uno Underwear generally uses Royal Mail to deliver your goods in the UK. If Uno Underwear considers it appropriate to use an alternative delivery company you will be notified in the confirmation email.
The policies and procedures for the courier are detailed on the courier’s website.
Cancellation of Order
If you cancel prior to shipment and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after shipment then refunds will be made under the returns policy below.
Returns
Returns postage will need to be paid for by you and remember to obtain proof of postage from your Post Office.
a) Non-Faulty Goods returns
Due to the nature of the goods supplied, Uno Underwear will only exchange or make a full refund (excluding shipping costs) if the non-faulty goods returns meet the following criteria:
- The goods have only been viewed without opening the clear plastic sealed wrapping
- The goods must not have been worn
- You have provided notice of cancellation by email to help@unounderwear.co.uk no later than 7 working days after receipt of goods.
- The goods are returned within 21 days of receipt
- The goods are returned in the clear plastic unopened sealed wrapping they were delivered in
- The Uno Underwear returns form is completed and enclosed with goods being returned “click here”
- The goods are received at the Uno Underwear returns address below
- The returns shipping costs have been paid by you
For non-faulty goods returns, Uno Underwear will, on receipt of the returned, send replacement goods as requested by you. At Uno Underwear’s discretion a refund of the cost of goods excluding shipping may be made in lieu of replacement goods to the original paying account. If there is an additional charge to be made for the replacement goods and shipping then Uno Underwear will notify you and obtain your agreement and payment prior to shipping the replacement goods.
b) Faulty Goods Returns
Due to the nature of the goods supplied, Uno Underwear will only exchange or make a full refund (including shipping costs) if faulty goods returns meet the following criteria :
- Faulty goods means goods that have a manufacturers production fault
- You have provided notice of cancellation by email to help@unounderwear.co.uk no later than 7 working days after receipt of goods.
- The goods are returned within 21 days of receipt
- Prior to returning goods obtain email confirmation from Uno Underwear that the goods can be returned for possible exchange or credit help@unounderwear.co.uk
- The Uno Underwear returns form is completed and enclosed with goods being returned “click here”
- The goods are received at the Uno Underwear returns address below
- Faulty Goods returned to Uno Underwear will be inspected on receipt
- Following inspection, and subject to Uno Underwear agreeing that the returned goods are faulty, replacement goods will be shipped or a refund issued within 30 days.
For faulty goods returns Uno Underwear will offer you either a full refund including shipping costs to the original paying account or replacement goods as requested by you on receipt and acceptance of the faulty goods returned. If there is an additional charge to be made for the replacement goods and shipping then Uno Underwear will notify you and obtain your agreement and payment prior to shipping the replacement goods.
